Coach Jay is the driving force behind My Rugby Academy, bringing a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for the game. An RFU-qualified coach, Coach Jay has always been involved in rugby, from playing to coaching at local schools and rugby clubs.

His dedication to rugby extends beyond the field—he is a passionate Northampton Saints supporter and spends many hours driving up the M1 and back down again!

As a proud father of two boys, aged 13 and 10, both of whom play rugby, Coach Jay understands the importance of nurturing the next generation of players.

His commitment to developing skill, teamwork, and sportsmanship makes him an inspiring leader at My Rugby Academy.
